Senior PML-N London leader Raja Muhammad Javed held an important meeting with PML-N President and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
According to sources, the meeting focused on party affairs, matters concerning overseas Pakistanis, and the organizational situation of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.
The meeting also included consultations on providing overseas Pakistanis with more effective representation in the political process.
According to sources, the PML-N has decided to award Raja Muhammad Javed the party ticket for the overseas seat.
Sources said Raja Muhammad Javed will be nominated as the PML-N candidate for the overseas seat in the Legislative Assembly.
During the meeting, Nawaz Sharif appreciated the services and political role of the PML-N for overseas Pakistanis.
Raja Muhammad Javed briefed the party leadership on matters concerning overseas Pakistanis, organizational affairs, and the party’s activities in the United Kingdom.
The meeting also discussed the organizational situation of the PML-N and its future political strategy.
The party leadership agreed to further strengthen its engagement with overseas Pakistanis and provide them with a more active role in the political process.
Nawaz Sharif also acknowledged Raja Muhammad Javed’s services to the party and his political activities at the overseas level.
Nawaz Sharif described Raja Muhammad Javed as a valuable asset of the PML-N in the United Kingdom, while appreciating his services to the party.
According to sources, the decision to award Raja Muhammad Javed the party ticket for the overseas seat is part of the PML-N’s strategy to further strengthen the party’s organizational structure in the United Kingdom and its engagement with overseas Pakistanis.
